Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 July 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Goa (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Invite-only early access
Goa is currently offered as invite-only early access. Creating an account adds you to our access list; we onboard new users in batches and will email you when your account is opened. We may grant, limit, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion during this period, and features may change or break as we improve the product.
3. Your account
You sign in either with Google or with an email address and password. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old and not barred from using the Service under applicable law. Tell us promptly at support@getgoa.io if you suspect unauthorised use.
3a. Connecting your own AI agent
You may connect an AI client of your own - Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, or any other client that speaks MCP - to your Goa account, either by authorising it in the browser or with an access token you generate. Anything a client you have authorised does counts as done by you: it acts with your permissions, works in your projects, and spends your credits. Keep your tokens secret, set a daily spend cap, and revoke access you no longer want. These Terms and our Privacy Policy apply to that use; the client itself is governed by its own provider's terms, not ours.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Goa to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, to violate others' rights, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or to exceed or evade usage limits. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
5. Plans, credits, and pricing
Plans are credit-based: each plan includes a monthly credit allowance you draw down as you render, with the option to top up. Pricing shown on the site is indicative during early access and may change. We will not charge you without first confirming a plan and price with you. Nothing on the marketing site is a binding offer of a specific price.
6. Your content and intellectual property
You keep the rights you have in what you create with Goa, subject to the terms of the underlying AI models we route to. You are responsible for having the rights to any inputs you provide and for how you use your outputs. Goa and its software, brand, and site remain our property. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (for example, to store and process your projects so we can render them).
7. Service "as is" during early access
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. During early access in particular, we make no guarantee of uptime, output quality, or that the Service will be error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability) will survive termination.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms as the product evolves and will note the date above; material changes will be communicated before they take effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Service.
